    On February 28 KISS FM’s Open Broadcasts Live and Brings Harlem a Mind, Body and Soul on Leaving Your Legacy of Healthy HabitsWho: WRKS–98.7 KISS FM, New York’s #1 station for Best Variety of Old School and Today’s R&B and The Open Line, KISS FM’s weekly affairs programWhat: Caps off Black month and kicks off the first Mind, Body and Soul of 2010 with a live broadcast focusing on leaving your own legacy of healthy habits and the state of in our community.  KISS FM will be engaging in an open forum discussion about colon cancer, diabetes, HIV/AIDS and other epidemics in the African-American community and how they can be combated.  All attendees will be provided with complimentary breakfast, a free instructional workout session courtesy of the Theater of Harlem and tons of raffles and prizing.When: Sunday, February 28, 2010 10am-12pm – Doors open at 9am Where: Dance Theater of HarlemInformation: Colon Cancer causes more cancer deaths among non-smokers than any other form of cancer.  1,400 New York City die of colon cancer each year and many of these deaths, approximately 80%, are preventable with early detection and treatment.  Colon cancer usually has no symptoms.  They only way to know if you have colon cancer is if you get screened.  For more information on health related facts call 311.
