Puff Daddy and Snoop Dogg led the electric line-up of Hip-Hop superstars and musicโ€™s elite as New Yorkers and fans in town for All-Star came together to kick off the biggest weekend in basketball.Presented by Beats by Dre, โ€œThe Tip-Offโ€ was the premier event to be at Thursday night.
