Popular radio personality Letty B has landed at Chicago’s B96 (WBBM-FM), taking over the 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. weekday slot. The move brings her extensive experience from major markets across the country to the Windy City’s airwaves.

Letty comes to Chicago after working with iHeartRadio stations in some of the nation’s biggest markets. Her radio journey includes hosting various dayparts on Los Angeles powerhouses KIIS-FM and KOST-FM, along with stints at KHTS-FM in San Diego and KYLD-FM in San Francisco. She also co-hosted morning drive in Miami on WMIA and previously worked for CBS Radio on KMVQ-FM in San Francisco.

The seasoned broadcaster expressed her excitement about joining what she calls “the legendary B96.” She credited Kevin Cassidy, Molly Cruz, and mentor Michael Martin for helping make the opportunity possible.

B96’s Brand Manager Molly Cruz highlighted Letty’s vibrant energy and passion for radio as key factors in bringing her to Chicago. The station sees her extensive experience at iconic stations nationwide as a valuable addition to their lineup.

With Letty’s arrival, B96’s weekday schedule now features “Moug and Karla Mornings” from 5:30-9 a.m., followed by Letty B until 2 p.m., then Dash from 2-7 p.m., and Bru closing out the evening from 7-11 p.m.
