Trevian C. Kutti Among 19 Charged in Georgia Election Indictment
In a 41-count indictment unsealed by the Fulton County District Attorney, Trevian C. Kutti, known as a former publicist for Kanye West, has been charged alongside 18 others for alleged efforts to overturn the results of Georgia’s 2020 presidential election. Kutti is accused of attempting to coerce election worker Ruby Freeman into admitting to election fraud in connection with events at State Farm Arena.

Counts 30 and 31 of the indictment charge Kutti, Stephen Cliffguard Lee, and Harrison William Prescott Floyd with conspiracy to solicit false statements and influencing witnesses. The indictment states that Kutti traveled to Fulton County and contacted Freeman, offering her “protection” in an attempt to manipulate her testimony.
Count 30 alleges that these actions were part of a plan to have Freeman admit to fraudulent activity in the November 3, 2020 election. Count 31 accuses Kutti and her co-defendants of misleading Freeman under the pretense of assistance, with the intent to influence her testimony in official proceedings. The Fulton County grand jury indictment also names high-profile individuals, including Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows, Sidney Powell, and others.
