KPRS-FM in Kansas City has a new full-time opening for morning drive co-host. Candidate must have 3+ years on-air experience and possess the following skills:

• Proficient interviewing skills
• Creative with callers and phones
• Developer of memorable benchmarks
• Passionate about music format
• Ability to research topics and partake in show prep, pre and post morning show meetings
• Understand the importance of using social media

• Remote broadcast experience and marketable for sales opportunities
• Great writing and public speaking skills
• Community oriented
• Strong work ethic
• Attention to detail, coachable and follows directions
