Inclement weather did not hinder the highly anticipated event as more than 500 professionals gathered at BMI’s Nashville office.

Attendees experienced free entertainment, and drinks provided by the night’s sponsors Delta Lines, ONErpm, Texas Roadhouse, Topo Chico, White Claw and Gallagher Insurance.

In its sixth season, BMI’s Rooftop On The Row launched with a set from Smoke, before BMI’s Mason Hunter introduced Mae Estes to the stage.

The Arkansas native showcased her Country sound as she delivered an honest rendition of her breakout hit “Thinkin’ Bout Cheatin,’” along with a rollicking performance of her new single “What I Shoulda Done.” She closed out her set with a fierce take on Jessie J’s hit “Bang Bang.”

Following Estes, Dean kicked off his energetic set with “Trailer Park” immediately followed by “Big Blue Sky” and “Heavens to Besty.” He kept the crowd on their feet for over an hour with like “1971” before capping off the night with his hit “Don’t Come Lookin’.”

BMI’s Rooftop On The Row series returns on July 16th with headliners Ella Langley and Redferrin followed by Josh Ross and Lauren Watkins on Aug. 13th.

The final event on Sept. 17th will serve as the official kickoff to AMERICANAFEST, with performers for the final to be announced soon.

Over the years, the industry event has hosted artists such as Morgan Wallen, Billy Strings, The War And Treaty, HARDY, K. Michelle, Riley Green, Maddie & Tae, Mackenzie Carpenter and Dylan Marlowe.
