Audacy has launched WGR Sports Radio in Buffalo, adding an FM simulcast of WGR 550 (WGR-AM) to widen the stations reach across Western New York.
The station is now available on 104.7 FM and 107.7 FM, while continuing to broadcast on 550 AM.

WGR has been the heartbeat of Buffalo sports, and now that beat is louder than ever, said Tim Wenger, Senior Vice President and Market Manager, Audacy Buffalo-Rochester.
He added that the FM simulcast helps extend coverage to the furthest corners of Western New York, bringing more listeners into the live, local conversations the region follows year-round.
