    Ventura and Sean Combs have resolved a amicably, according to statements from both parties. Ventura, who had accused Combs of rape, , and physical abuse, expressed gratitude for support from her family, fans, and lawyers, stating her decision to settle the matter on terms could control. Combs also confirmed the amicable resolution, wishing Ventura and her family well.

    The lawsuit was filed by Ventura in the District for the Southern District of New York, naming Combs, his label Bad Boy Entertainment, Epic Records, Combs Enterprises LLC, and others as co-defendants.
