Radio Facts: It was a celebratory Sunday in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood in NYC where the 30th anniversary of Spike Lee’s legendary and iconic film “Do The Right Thing” which was filmed in 1989. The film, which is still highly relevant 30 years later has been hailed as one of Lee’s best films. Residents, celebrities and WBLS stopped by to congratulate the award-winning icon at the Do the Right Thing stage built at the corner of Lexington & Stuyvesant (Do the Right Thing Way).
