As Product Manager and a key figure in the Marketing department, Pensa has overseen and led a series of successful campaigns with superstar artists and rising talent including Doja Cat, P!NK, Becky G, Kygo, Pentatonix, Cam among others. Most recently, Doja Cat’s multiple marketing activations helped to keep PLANET HER in the Top 5 on Billboard’s 200 Chart since its release while the album surpassed 1 billion streams on Spotify, making it the fastest album by a female rapper in history to reach this milestone. Pensa has spearheaded strategic marketing campaigns for DJ/producer Kygo, whose new track “Love Me Now” ft. Zoe Wees is shooting up the dance charts as well as both Cam & Elle King’s recent hit singles which are brewing at country radio (Cam with “Till There’s Nothing Left” from her critically acclaimed sophomore album The Otherside and Elle King and Miranda Lambert’s “Drunk (And I Don’t Wanna Go Home).”

Pensa was named a Billboard‘s Women in Music recipient in 2019, a Billboard 40 Under 40 Power Player in 2016, a Billboard 30 Under 30 Power Player in 2009 and is a three-time Clio Award winner for her marketing campaign for Sia’s “Chandelier.”
