Yesterday during a pre-trial hearing a judge denied allowing for the prosecution to call a pediatric doctor to the stand to testify on behalf of the girl in the alleged video. The girl, who was possibly as young as 14 during the taping, continues to deny that it was her in the tape. The pediatrician was being called by the prosecution to testify that denial is often common amongst victims of sexual child abuse. What if it’s really NOT her and since when does a 14 year old see a pediatrician? Kelly was almost arrested last month when he missed a date in court. The case has now been delayed for five years.
