A 3-month-old husky puppy was left in a car on the roof of a hotel in Las Vegas with his mouth taped shut in 113-degree heat with no food, water or air conditioning while his owner went to gamble for more than two hours.
A security guard for the hotel noticed the puppy in distress with tape over his mouth and called the police. Raul Carbajal, 50, was charged with willful, malicious torture of an animal, according to LVMPD.
