Dr. Dre and Ice Cube Talk Police Brutality and the Relevance of F*ck Tha Police and N.W.A

I can remember it like yesterday when I heard the lyric, “F*ck the police coming straight from the underground, a young ni**a got it bad cause I’m brown.”  I knew what Ice Cube meant then and unfortunately I still know what Ice Cube meant now.  “With the film Straight Outta Compton about to hit the big screen, Dr. Dre and Ice Cube along with the cast of the film sat down with hollywood reporter. They talked about the current state of police brutality and how their song, “F*ck tha Police” shed light on a subject that is still relevant today. They spoke about Mike Brown and several other victims of police brutality as well as the relevancy of the film and how it will influence today’s society. Check out the clip below.
