Chicago Man Kills Transgender Woman then Comes back and Shoots the Dead Body Again

An 18-year-old high school student shot and killed a 37-year-old transgender woman in Chicago after going to her apartment. After leaving the scene of the crime he came back and shot the dead body up again. He claimed he could not stop seeing the transgender woman’s face.
