A concert-goer is suing Snoop Dogg for sexual assault following an incident stemming from a concert on May 29, 2013. The woman identified only as Jane Doe said she attended a show by Snoop Dogg in Anaheim, California. According to the woman, Bishop Don Juan, a longtime associate of Snoop Dogg, offered her a ride home after the show. After falling asleep in the car, the anonymous female said the trio did not end up at her home. Instead, they had arrived at the residence of Don Juan.

The woman claims Snoop Dog forced oral sex on her. According to a source representing the rapper, the woman is looking for a payday. Snoop is set to perform in the Superbowl during half-time, claimed the source.

The lawsuit stated, “Plaintiff was exhausted and fell asleep at [Bishop’s] home.” After waking up at 4 a.m. the following day, Bishop had “removed his penis from his pants and forced his penis in Plaintiff’s face” and “repeatedly shoved his penis into Plaintiff’s mouth.”

In the suit, the woman said Bishop “discriminated against and harassed Plaintiff because of Plaintiff’s sex and gender.”

“I want to see if he will make you the weather girl,” the woman claims Bishop told her, referring to some TV show. She said Bishop then handed her a dress and instructed her to wear it, informing her they were headed over to Snoop’s studio. In the suit, the woman claimed to be a model and dancer.

The woman claims she did make it to Snoop’s studio. She had a stomach ache and went to use the restroom. While on the toilet, Snoop walked in, “standing with his crotch in Plaintiff’s face, while Plaintiff was defecating on the toilet.” Oral sex was then forced on the woman, she said.

“Come here! Take a picture with Snoop!” the woman claimed Bishop said to her shortly after. According to the woman, she was afraid to look at the photo.

The plaintiff said she was not hired by Snoop because she “refused to willingly and enthusiastically give oral sex.”

Snoop has denied the story calling it a bunch of lies. On his Instagram, he posted an image calling her a “Gold Digger.”

Snoop and Don Juan were both sued for an unknown amount of damages.

She demanded a little under $10 million. The demand was rejected.
