Four former Black College presidents announced the launch of TM2 Education Search, which provides retained search and leadership developmentJohn Garlandleadership experience to recruit and support college presidents, chancellors, provosts, deans, and board members.”We are experiencing a critical moment in the Black College Community,” said John Garland, Executive Chairman of TM2 Education Search. “TM2 was created to ensure all schools have access to the best senior talent.”In addition to its founding principals, Christopher Braswell will serve as firm president. Mr. Braswell has over twenty years’ experience partnering with organizations in talent management, executive search, and leadership development.
