Students from Florida International University (FIU) showcased their talents at Radio City Music Hall on Valentine�s Day, performing alongside renowned Latin music artists Yandel and J Balvin. This performance was part of the Yandel Sinf�nico tour, which uniquely blends reggaeton with orchestral music, and has already garnered a Grammy nomination.
The collaboration involved performance majors, music business students, and recent graduates from the Herbert and Nicole Wertheim School of Music & Performing Arts. The initiative was spearheaded by FIU Symphony Orchestra conductor Javier Mendoza, who has previously collaborated with Yandel on his latest album.
