Key Responsibilities
This role is a vital part of our programming department, tasked with supporting the seamless operation of our music channels. The position involves maintaining and updating critical databases for assigned music formats to ensure accurate representation of content across our platforms. You will preview and rate music videos, ensuring alignment with television rating guidelines, and assist in executing project plans in collaboration with programming staff and consultants.
As a Programming Assistant, you will contribute innovative show concepts that resonate with our diverse audience, collaborate with artists and celebrities to enhance programming quality, and edit audio tracks to meet FCC regulations. Furthermore, you will oversee the organization and maintenance of a comprehensive CD library, serving various music formats and ensuring smooth access for team members. While experience with RCS Selector software is beneficial, training will be provided for those unfamiliar with this essential tool.
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for individuals who are deeply passionate about music, particularly Hip-Hop and R&B, and are eager to bring creativity, energy, and fresh ideas to our team.
