Believe the Hype: Public Enemy & NWA Nominated for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame

Hats off to Public Enemy and NWA for their nominations for this year’s Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.  The legendary rap groups were both targeted for their “controversial” lyrics but they also laid the foundation for hip-hop artists that considered themselves street reporters.  This would be the first nomination for both groups so we will can only wait to see how this plays out.
