#1 Kirk Franklin Cursing or #2 His Son Posting it Wrong?

Kirk Franklin Cursing out his son has been trending all weekend.

I guess Kirk will have something to talk about on his new podcast. This entire weekend I’ve been hearing about Kirk Franklin cursing his 32-year-old son out. His son, Kerrion Franklin posted the audio of a Kirk we are not familiar with. You can find it anywhere online I’m not going to post it here.

Kirk has since apologized for the audio segment. This afternoon I got a chance to listen to it. I have admit it was funny because it was so out of character from the Kirk we have come to know.

And initially, I ran a humorous story about it saying that he went MD 20/20 and Burnt Newport lips on his son. Then I gave it some thought and decided to pull the audio.

Kirk Franklin is as human as the rest of us I’m sure and he makes mistakes and he is a man. It is more unfortunate that his son, who has probably greatly benefited from Kirk’s financial success felt the need to try to destroy his father. We are not talking about a 15-year-old kid his son is a grown man at 32.

I have no idea what goes on in Kirk Franklin’s house, nor do I care. I just know that many of us for reading this have seen and done some things we certainly wouldn’t want posted online.

I also know that many of us are completely different while we’re working versus when we are relaxing at home in our draws enjoying a can of beer and laughing at our ability to belch and set off the home alarm systems. So WTFAW to judge Kirk?

He can do all the cursing that he wants if it makes him feel better, we have no idea what preempted that situation and if you listen closely his son is cussing him out too.

I’ve met Kirk on several occasions he’s always been very down to earth and a very nice brother and I’ve never had a problem with him and as I said I’m not in the room I have no idea what happens in his personal life or in his house … that’s on him.

The part that really amazes me is I found people brought up his porhub addiction saying we knew he wasn’t perfect. Keep in mind, porhub sites have skyrocketed since the pandemic and there are many people who look at porhub, and it’s their business. I can’t help but wonder if the people making those references just took a break from watching porhub online themselves. We love to see people suffer and kick them when they are down. What is that about in our community?

Without question, some of the meanest most judgemental, mean, and negative people I’ve ever met are black church people and “Christians.”

They look at you over the top of your glasses and will do everything in the world wrong then still save room for their dessert to judge you at the same time. Obviously, I’m not into church people but I love I do believe in a higher power.

Let Kirk live his life, he’s done a lot more for underserved communities than MOST Black gospel singers have and he’s human. I would not have apologized for sh. But he felt like he needed to. I still respect him.
