Four young girls in Kansas City, MO, ages 2 to 7, are devastated after their father, who they were close to, ran an errand to the bank on a Saturday morning, July 16, and never returned.

The police called the man’s pregnant fiance that night to inform her that he had been killed in a road rage incident.

She had been wondering why he didn’t return or answer any of his texts, and she said she knew something was wrong. When she was informed of his death, she said she blacked out and that it was too much to handle.

Marvin Yancy homeschooled his four daughters while his pregnant fiance worked. His fiance, Marina Wilson, said, “He was a devoted dad. He was just really a family man, focused on his family.”

She went on to say, “The hardest thing is, you know, seeing the kids suffer,” she said. “Them every day telling me they miss their dad.”

The suspect, Charles Miller, Jr., faces several charges, including second-degree murder and armed criminal action. There’s a GoFundMe set up to help that has not accumulated a lot of donations. To donate, click here.
