BET Networks and AEG’s Stellar Lineup
The BET Experience at L.A. LIVE presented by Coca-Cola® was a free fan fest with fun activities for all ages at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
Sprite® Celebrity Basketball Game
The hot ticket of the event was undoubtedly the Sprite® celebrity basketball game. The lineup included Snoop Dogg, Nick Cannon, French Montana, Terrell Owens, Omarion, Keri Hilson, Wale, and Soulja Boy, with guest announcers, former NBA All Star Baron Davis and ESPN’s Jemele Hill.
Slam Dunk Contest and Coaching
Retired NBA player and current NBA analyst, Kenny “The Jet” Smith, guest judged the annual celebrity Slam Dunk Contest. Washington Wizards’ John Wall also coached the game, along with Tyrese, the first-ever “Mayor” of BET Experience.
Concerts and Performances
Free concerts throughout the weekend added to the excitement, with performances by Too Short, Cypress Hill, Vince Staples, Lecrae, Dee-1, Los Rakas, Machel Montano and more!
