Police in Northern New Jersey arrested Dipset Affiliate King Tut, after police stopped his car and found cocaine hidden inside of a teddy bear. King Tut, born Darnell Brittingham and his promoter, Brand on Buckley, were stopped on Route 1 south, for tailgating and driving with illegally tinted windows in New Jersey. When an officer approached the 2005 white Toyota Camry around 9:30 PM last night (February 11), he noticed the odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. A search of the car uncovered multiple bags of marijuana, a half ounce of cocaine inside the teddy bear and various drug paraphernalia, including a digital scale and a number of small plastic bags. King Tut, 23 and Buckley, 22, were charged with manufacturing and intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance, as well as possession of drug paraphernalia. Both are being held at the Bergen County Jail, with King Tut’s bail being $25,000, while Buckley’s is $15,000 bail. [source]
