17-year-old twins in DeKalb County, GA, were playing with a semi-automatic gun in their bedroom when it fired, shooting one of the twins in the face and killing him. Dimitri Hayes, the brother of Xavier Hayes, was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say Xavier and his brother thought the gun was not loaded. Why murder charges were filed is unclear.
