TV One and writer/producer/ Bentley Kyle Evans have struck a deal for his , Bent Outta Shape Productions, Inc., in association with Hazrah Entertainment, to produce TV One’s first original, scripted series, LOVE THAT GIRL! The popular African–on-bet” target=”_blank”> produced sitcom was introduced to TV One viewers with four special episodes in January 2010.

The Storyline and Characters

The series, a sexy half-hour sitcom, stars Tatyana Ali (Fresh Prince of Bel Air, TV One Access) as a young divorcee who returns home to southern California for a second chance in and a career in her father’s (Phil Morris) real estate . When her unemployed brother Latrell (Alphonso McAuley), an aspiring stand-up comedian, unexpectedly moves in with her, the world she was trying to create is suddenly turned upside down.

In 2009, Bent Outta Shape Productions, Inc., produced four episodes of the sitcom and brought them to TV One. The episodes proved quite popular with TV One’s audience when they aired in January 2010.
