Over the past couple of years, the Universal Orlando Resort has continued to bring the vibrant spirit of Mardi Gras to life. This unique celebration, merged with the thrill of a theme park experience, offers a sensational springtime event with a lineup of electrifying concerts from the biggest names in the music industry. In a nod to the legendary Bayou bash, the event captures the essence of “N’awlins”, providing a family-friendly version of Mardi Gras filled with Cajun cuisine, authentic New Orleans bands, and an awe-inspiring parade.
A Star-Studded Musical Lineup
Each year, the celebration features a diverse array of talent from around the globe. Previous performers have included R&B superstar Robin Thicke, UK pop sensation The Wanted, Latin idol Prince Royce, rock band Daughtry, Grammy award-winning Hip Hop artist Nelly, and the classic rock group Foreigner.
Colorful Parades and Cajun Cuisine
Guests also get a chance to catch colorful beads from the vibrant parade floats, some inspired by Jules Verne’s novel, “Around the World in Eighty Days”.
