Looking back at the past decade, we remember a time when Sony Music Entertainment’s catalog division, Legacy Recordings, gifted music enthusiasts with a unique holiday gift. This was the release of newly designed boxed sets of original albums by some of the most iconic artists in pop, rock, jazz, blues, and soul. These sets, available exclusively through PopMarket.com, offered fans and collectors a chance to own complete official discographies of classic albums on CD. As we reminisce, we also look forward to what the music industry has in store for us in the coming years.

These sets were part of The Complete Albums Collections line and were available starting September 13, just in time for the 2011 holiday season.
