Radio One, Inc. Changes Date of 2009 Year End Results Conference Call

Radio One, Inc. (ROIAK)(ROIA) announced today that it will hold its annual conference call for investors, analysts and other interested parties to discuss its results for the fiscal year 2009 on March 31, 2010 instead of the previously announced date of March 18, 2010.
