Soul of the Holidays was recorded live at the Bowie Center for the Performing Arts. WHUR-96.3s Food2Feed project *distributes and collects monetary funds as well as non-perishable food items to help feed needy DC area families during the Thanksgiving holiday season. Additionally, the Food2Feed project seeks to help increase community awareness about the plight of people who are needy. It is estimated that one in nine D.C. families is at risk of or living with hunger.
