Featured performers include The Fray and teen sensation justin bieber who has been drawing thousands of screaming fans at appearances across the country. Also joining the all star line-up are Cobra Starship and Jordin Sparks with more to come. Listeners will have a chance to buy tickets before they officially go on sale this Friday October 16, 2009 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM by going to www.q102.com.
