Love and R&B Hosted by Al B. Sure! Is Joining The 105.3 RNB Line Up

Radio One, Inc. – Charlotte – Beginning December 7, 2020 listeners in Charlotte will get to experience Love and R&B hosted by Al B. Sure!on 105.3 RNB, Sunday through Thursday evenings, 7pm to midnight.

Love and R&B hosted by Al B. Sure! is a nightly journey through a grown and sexy soundtrack, supplying romantic current and classic hit soulful music.  When listeners tune in, they will hear their favorite slow jams from the 70s, 80s, 90s and 2000s, brought to them by one of their favorite R&B singers, Al B. Sure!  Listeners will also hear weekly interviews with celebrity guests and intriguing personalities from every genre in the entertainment industry.

Jeff “Uzi D” Anderson, Operations Manager for Radio One, Inc.  Charlotte says, “Adding Al B. Sure! to our incredible lineup comes with perfect timing.  This will not only fill the void of some amazing music that Charlotte listeners have been missing, but he also adds to our star power on 105.3 WOSF, which has seen tremendous growth in the past year.”

Al B. Sure’s history in the entertainment industry spans three decades.  His 1988 debut album “In Effect Mode” has been certified triple platinum and climbed to the #1 position on Billboard’s R&B chart where it stayed an astounding seven straight weeks.  Since then, his career has thrived, receiving 4 Grammy’s and numerous awards including the American Music Award for Best New R&B Artist and more than 75 ASCAP Awards for writing and composition performance.

Love and R&B hosted by Al B. Sure!  joins a dynamic show line-up that includes The Rickey Smiley Morning Show, Middays with Olympia D., and The D.L. Hughley Show.  In addition to hearing Al B. Sure! Sunday through Thursday evenings, 105.3 RNB can be streamed online at www1053rnb.com.
