He’s been very quiet for a spell but sources tell The Industry Dot Biz that Damon Dash, 36, is a front runner to replace his former business partner Jay-Z, 38, at Def Jam. Jermaine Dupri, 35, and Chuck D, 47, have also expressed in interest in the position. Dash is currently being sued by a woman here in Atlanta, that claims he exposed himself to her and now she is schizophrenic.. (Lord, Help Me). Could her lawyer take this case without cracking up in her face. Obviously, celebs are extreme targets. At any rate, we’ll keep you posted.
