V103 DJ Kenny Burns was approached, handcuffed and held by police who had guns drawn during what is being questioned as a “racial profiling” stop. After living in Atlanta and even knowing police officers there I can honestly say this is one of the cities with the most black officers and the least problems with racial profiling. The police dept responds in the video with a very good excuse for stopping Burns and thinking he was a suspect. It is most unfortunate, they probably scared the shit out of him in the process.
