The Michael Baisden Show Back in ATL on “Mix 87.7”

Superadio Networks has announced that The will return to the market this week after a short absence, debuting on WTBS-FM “Mix 87.7” from 3pm-7pm. The debut marks a re-entry into the market for Baisden after exiting Cox Media’s WALR-FM late last year. In addition to , the show also set to launch on KCEP-FM “Power 88” Las Vegas and KMVX-FM “Mix 101.9” Monroe, LA.

WTBS recently reset from an Old School format to a more contemporary adult urban music mix and President/CEO of Core Communicators and Mix 87.7 GM Steve Hegwood is enthusiastic about Baisden’s return; “I’m extremely excited to merge the Michael Baisden brand with the new “Mix 87.7.” Michael is contemporary which fits our new direction, he’s a social media king, he’s controversial when he need to be and most of all he’s entertaining! I’ve watched Michael pull great ratings in Atlanta and our goal is to have him do the same for “Mix 87.7.”

Baisden added; “It feels great to be back on the radio in Atlanta! Thanks to our new partners in The ATL, Mix 87.7 for welcoming us to the family. Atlanta is my number one market for events, social media followers, and book sales. I’m excited about returning to the city that I have called home on so many occasions. There’s something about Atlanta that just keeps calling me back! I look forward to hitting the streets in the Atlanta to encourage mentoring and business networking. But most of all I’m excited about getting back on the radio and talking about important issues like the midterm elections, relationship issues, and of course, competing against the women in Battle Of The Sexes every Friday! So get ready Atlanta, the best show on radio is back! It’s time to shut the city down!”

The Michael Baisden show currently airs on over 40 stations nationwide.
