Don Brooks passed early 29.   Don was a policeman until WCBM offered him an on air slot in the 70’s. He went on to become a , , and . Don was G.M. of - & before leaving for to buy a station.   When Don retired from , several years ago, he and his wife were owner-operators of several stations in . He was in the process of looking into other business opportunites at the time of his death. I believe Don was in his early 60’s.

I’M SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT DON…….I MET HIM BACK IN THE EARLY 90’S WHEN RAGAN HENRY ASKED ME TO GO TO BALTIMORE TO ASSIST DON WITH A FEW THINGS…HE WAS VERY HELFUL AND VERY PROFESSIONAL AND A REALLY NICE GUY……..MY CONDOLENCES TO HIS FAMILY

A true professional and a nice guy. He’ll be missed. Also trying to locate “Chuck Max” from WEBB fame. Anybody know his whereabouts??
