Radio One Faces Delisting

Lanham-based Radio One, attempting to restructure its debt, has been notified by the Nasdaq Stock Market that its Class-D shares no longer meet listing requirements.Radio One’s Class-D shares have traded below the $1 per share minimum requirement for more than 30 days. The company has until March 21 to regain compliance.
