Radio One Charlotte Introduces 105.3, Old school and R&B


, Inc. announced today that WOSF radio, formerly known as Old School 105.3, ’s Old School Station is NOW 105.3, Old School and R&B.  After an extensive research project with adult urban listeners in the Charlotte metro area, Radio One, Inc. recognized the strong demand for music mixed with old school.  Already the kind of station that people turn up at a party, they will now be able to listen to more of their favorite music.

According to Doug James, Vice President & General Manager for Radio One, Inc. – Charlotte, “Our listeners told us they love both Old School and R&B.  We are happy to meet their demands by giving them more of the music they love to go along with the best personalities in the business.”
