Nate Dogg Hit with Felony Charges

Hip-Hop singer Nate Dogg has reportedly been hit with multiple felony charges related to the entertainer’s relationship with his estranged wife.

The singer, real name Nathaniel Hale, was pulled over by California Highway Patrol officers after a car chase with his wife in Los Angeles on June 23. The woman had called emergency services after the star allegedly made death threats against her and followed her “dangerously.”

Police have charged the rapper with three felony counts of making criminal threats and stalking and one misdemeanour count of driving on a suspended license, reports TMZ.com. According to AllHipHop, the woman is identified as Latoya C. Police reports say that Hale “willfully and unlawfully threaten to commit a crime which would result in death and great bodily injury to “˜Latoya C,’ with the specific intent that the statement be taken as a threat.” The felony complaint further noted that “˜Latoya C’ “was reasonably in sustained fear of his/her safety and the safety of his/her immediate family” based upon the nature of the criminal threats.Nate Dogg was arrested following the highway incident and released the following day (June 24) from L.A.’s Twin Towers jail after posting a
