Has Media Been Too Hard on Chris Brown?

With all the child abuse cases, rapes, molestations and neglect that go on in all communities… why has the media used a 20 year old as a poster boy for the national problem pertaining to physical abuse? Is this really fair? I have to admit, I don’t believe him when he says he doesn’t remember it but it has been documented that sometimes in order to cope with a traumatic situation people block it out.
