Radio One is set to start the development of a $23 Million facility in the Shaw neigborhood of Washington, DC. The center will be called Broadcast Center One and it will be the new headquarters for Radio One. This deal is proposed to bring 103,000 feet of office space and 25,000 sq ft of retail space.
