Radio Facts: 
New York’s Cumulus radio station 103.9 that carries Tom Joyner and D.L. Hughley made some changes yesterday due to budget cuts. Midday talent La Loca was released along with part-time on air talent Roxie, Terry Bello, production Director Ghost, Miste Cee and some of the traffic staff and others.. Raphael George, Marc Clark, Toya Beasley and Mike Shannon are still employed at the station. We will keep you posted of any more changes.
