Second Study in “Mapping the DNA of PPM” Series
Coleman Insights announced today that registration is open for the “The PPM DNA of Rush Limbaugh” online presentation to be held Thursday, April 3rd. This is the second study in the “Coleman Insights PPM Series: Mapping the DNA of PPM,” an ongoing series that takes a comprehensive look at how Arbitron’s Portable People Meter (PPM) reports the responses of radio audiences to different programming elements. This study examines the minute-by-minute performance of Rush
Limbaugh’s nationally syndicated radio show.
“This is a hugely interesting study, equivalent to conducting a full body scan on Rush Limbaugh using PPM data,” said Coleman Insights Vice President Warren Kurtzman, who will deliver the online presentation. “We’re able to see how Rush’s audience is affected by his choice of content and his particular style of presentation, as well as the impact of commercials.
