Black Country Music Star Charley Pride Dies from COVID

You can only imagine the stories Charley Pride had to tell about his success as one of, if not THE only Black Country music stars for decades. He passed today at 86 from COVID.

Pride broke many barriers in the country music genre as a Black talent including CMA Entertainer of the Year in 1971 and he had over 25 chart topping hits. We will keep you posted on additonal information.
