Without question black kids in the inner cities are bored. Here, Baltimore teens enjoy riding dirt bikes on the streets (illegally) as a form of relief. Some people from Baltimore state this has been happening for almost 30 years but just like the fake Knockout Game, when major media gets ahold of a story like this it is often exaggerated and called “New.” Interesting video.
