With the 2014 coming up on June 29th, the President of Music and Programming is excited to executive produce BET’s biggest show. Hill, who joined the network in 1999 as a Vice President, has ascended to Commander-in-Chief of the channel’s music department in less than ten years. There are at least ten elements from Hill’s accomplished career that are noteworthy and lesson learning. Hill is an outstanding example that there is life beyond radio.
